What is Custom My Sneaker?

Custom My Sneaker is a marketplace that helps connect artists from around the world, with sneakerheads who are looking to add some sneaker art to their collection. As of now, Custom My Sneaker is mainly for custom sneaker artists.

What is a CMS season?

A CMS season lasts for one month and consists of our most popular designs sold by our partnered sneaker artists. Due to high demand, these designs are extremely limited and will only last the length of the season.

What types of products do you sell?

Currently, we only sell custom sneaker art made by our partnered artists. In the future, we hope to expand into much more!

Why buy custom sneaker art?

There are lots of great benefits that come with purchasing custom sneaker art! You get a chance to wear limited edition sneakers very few people will have. You can stand out from others with your unique pair of kicks. You can have them custom made to a specific design you had in mind. And you can become apart of the custom sneaker art community!

Is it safe to order from your site?

Absolutely! We do not keep or store any purchase information like credit or debit cards. Also, all payments are made on a secure, SSL encrypted server and come with buyer protection.

What if my product I received is not as described?

If you receive a product and it is not as described, the first thing you should do is contact us at info@custommysneaker.com and provide photos of your design. We never want to leave any client unsatisfied with their purchase, so we will be in touch ASAP in regards to your complaint.

This situation should never happen as we require the artists to send photos of the final design before they are sent out. However, in the unlikely case that it does happen, we are more than happy to discuss possible refund opportunities.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all US clients. If you're located outside of the US, shipping will cost an extra $30.

Do you need an account to shop on your website?

Nope! You are not required to create an account if you’d like to shop with us.

How can I track my order?

You will get an email notification from us when the artist ships your order. In that email you will receive all the tracking information so you can keep an eye out for your package.

What payment methods do you accept?

As of now, we accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ect… All payments are conducted through our payment partners, Stripe, which protects both parties of the transaction.

Is it too late to cancel my order and get a refund?

This will depend on how soon you contact us after your payment. If you'd like to cancel your order, you would have to do so within a few hours of submitting your payment. Other than that, we begin the order processing right away when an order comes in.

Can I return my order?

Since you are ordering a piece of custom artwork, we can't afford to accept returns. We highly recommend to double check your shoe size and design notes before submitting a request. For more information, please read our Refund Policy.

Where is my order? I haven't received anything yet!

All customs are hand made by our artists. This means a lot of variables go into our order processing times. Typically, an average order is processed in 3-6 weeks. If you'd like an update on your order, don't hesitate to contact us anytime at info@custommysneaker.com. How long does shipping take?

This will depend on where the artist you ordered from is located and what carrier service they used. If the artist is located in the same country as you, shipping should take around 3-6 business days.

I have a special design I want on my sneaker. Who can make this for me?

Absolutely! Please visit this page to submit your own custom sneaker request.

I ordered multiple pairs, but only one has shipped. Where are the other pairs?

If you ordered more than one item from more than one artist, please remember that each artist has their own processing and shipping times. So if you ordered two items from separate artists, you will most likely receive two packages on two separate days.

How long does it take to fill out an application?

The application process to sell with us is not long at all. Please contact us if you'd like more information.

I don't see the category for the item I want to sell.

If you don’t see the category for your product you’d like to list on your profile, please contact info@custommysneaker.com and we’ll add your category right away!

Why did my listing get taken down?

If your product listing was not approved or taken down from our site, it was because it violated our Terms and Conditions. Please read over our terms and conditions carefully to avoid this from happening. Too many violations will result in a permanent ban on your account.

Is there a subscription fee to sell on Custom My Sneaker?

Custom My Sneaker does not charge a subscription fee for artists to create an account. Instead, we will only take an 8% transaction fee for every order you receive. We currently offer the lowest fee in comparison to other marketplaces because we want all of our artists to succeed as much as possible. When you succeed, we succeed!

Is there a limit to the amount of artwork I can upload to my account?

There is NO limit to the amount of products a seller can upload to our site. So feel free to list as many as you please!

Can I view the analytics of my account?

Unfortunately, we do not yet offer account analytics as we are still in the startup faze. Once we continue to grow, we will offer more features that will benefit all artists.

How will I be paid for my orders?

As of now, all payouts will be manually paid through Stripe or PayPal.

Can I communicate with my clients that order with me?

Absolutely! As a matter of fact, this is HIGHLY recommended. The artists with the best CRM (Customer Relationship Management) will have the best ratings and more returning customers. This means more profit in the long run!

Will I be notified when I get an order?

Yes! You will get an email notification whenever you receive a new order or a new custom order request.

Can I upload and track inventory on my account?

Unfortunately, we do not have a way for artists to upload and track their inventory quite yet.

How do I upload products and change my profile info?

As of now, we will handle all uploads and edits to your account. If you'd like to add new products or make a change, please DM us on Instagram or send us an email info@custommysneaker.com
